Due to variations in monitor calibrations, ink, paper, and limitations throughout the printing processes, we cannot guarantee the final product will match the color/density of your personal printer or monitor. An online preview of your file will provide a more accurate depiction of your final product. If your print has some scratches or the color is drastically different than the color in your image or print quality is totally way off from the preview on our website then it's due to printer technical difficulties, and we will re-print your image free of cost. If you feel that the color is noticeably off, you can send your print(s) back to us for evaluation. If we can detect the same difference we will re-print free of cost. Mostly reprint orders will be shipped out immediately. In some situations we may ask you to ship the problem print(s) so as to verify the issue. In this scenario, we may wait to issue reprints until original prints are received back from you.

This guarantee does not apply to design errors or color selection errors introduced by the customer in the artwork file creation process. Also errors in customer supplied digital files including low-resolution graphics, wrong product type, photos, improper file format, size, page layout, incorrect finishing option, incorrect quantity, compliance with mailing restrictions, missing fonts, customer's spelling, punctuation, or other grammatical errors or corrections not requested in writing will not be our liability. Customers are totally 100% responsible for the accuracy of their online print proof. Proofing is customer's responsibility on all printing services. No refunds or reprints will be offered if an error exists on a proof. Images with poor/bad quality or wrong dimension will not be considered under print quality guarantee. If you still go ahead and order print, by default you do not qualify for our print quality guarantee. In this case we will not issue any reprints or refunds under any circumstances.

We provide full guarantee for lamination and mounting. Cutting and folding tolerances are guaranteed to be within industry standards. If you believe that there is any discrepancy in your finished product, please get in touch with us. In the event of a defect, we will reprint free of cost. Majority of the reprint orders will be shipped out immediately. In some situations we may ask you to ship the problem print(s) so as to verify the issue. In this scenario, we may wait to issue reprints until original prints are received back from you.

Production time starts when we receive your files and our proofing is confirmed, not when you place your order. Production days are considered business days of operation which are Monday through Saturday with the exception of national holidays and extreme weather conditions. Production time does not include shipping time. If there is a delay in file transmission, whether from network connection error, customer error or otherwise, Production Time will be delayed until all necessary files have been received. Customers can choose between NORMAL or RUSH processing.
NORMAL Processing : NORMAL processing orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. This does not include mounting services which require an additional 1-2 business days to process. In event when we fall short to get your order printed and delivered to the carrier for shipping within these guaranteed timeline, please contact us before the order ships and we will upgrade your shipping to USPS Express Mail (overnight) at our cost.
RUSH processing : Orders that have been upgraded to RUSH Processing will process within 1 business day. Orders placed on Monday thru Friday before 11AM CST on a business day will be printed and shipped the same day. RUSH orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on next business day i.e. Monday. This processing does not include mounting services, which require an additional 1-2 business days to process. In event when we fall short to get your order printed and delivered to the USPS for shipping within these guaranteed timeline, please contact us before the order ships and we will upgrade your shipping to USPS Express Mail (overnight) at our cost. If you had already selected Express Mail, we will refund the RUSH processing surcharge that was charged on your order.
